Covington is governed by an elected Mayor and Village Council, supported by a Village Administrator and Fiscal Officer. All Council meetings are open to the public.

AdministrationThe Village Administrator manages day-to-day operations, oversees Village departments and carries out the policies set by Council. The Fiscal Officer maintains Village finances and records.
Mayor & CouncilCovington is governed by an elected Mayor and a six-member Village Council. Council sets policy, adopts the budget and passes the ordinances and resolutions that govern the Village.
Council Agendas & MinutesAgendas are posted before each regular meeting and approved minutes are posted after Council adopts them. Records are available in plain text and as downloadable documents.
