Utilities
The Village provides water, sanitary sewer and refuse service to residents and businesses. Bills are issued monthly and may be paid online, by mail or in person.
Pay your bill
Utility payments are processed by InvoiceCloud, our secure third-party payment partner. You may also pay by mail or use the drop box at the Government Center.
Start, stop or transfer service
Contact the Utility Clerk at 937-473-3420 at least three business days before your move-in or move-out date. A deposit and signed service agreement are required for new accounts.
Lead service line survey
As required by the Ohio EPA, the Village is inventorying water service line materials. Residents may be asked to help identify the material of the line entering their home.
