Utility payments are processed by InvoiceCloud, the Village's secure payment partner. The Village does not process card payments on this website.
Payment options
Utility bill
Water, sewer and refuse. Pay by card or bank draft through InvoiceCloud.
Income tax
Municipal income tax returns and payments are handled by the Village Tax Department.
In person or by mail
Pay at the Government Center during office hours, use the drop box, or mail a check to 1 South High Street, Covington, OH 45318.
